We strive to keep shipping rates as low as possible to keep our products affordable. To be honest, we don’t like to pay outrageous shipping fees when we shop so we want to avoid passing fees on to our customers unless absolutely necessary.

Trial Size Kit

Our Trial Size Kits currently ship for FREE! We really want you to be able to try the Homemade Cat Food Supplement Mix because we are passionate about the health and wellbeing of felines and truly believe that a homemade prepared diet leads to a healthier cat and less depressing visits to the Veterinarian. The Free Shipping option for Trial Size Kits is USPS Ground Advantage and average delivery is 3-7 business days, shipping from CA.

Shipping Options

  1. USPS Ground Advantage. This shipping option takes (on average) 3-7 business days, shipping from CA. For orders under $35, there is a flat $3.75 shipping fee for this option. For orders over $35, this shipping option is free.

  2. USPS Priority Mail. This shipping option takes 2-3 business days for delivery, shipping from CA. There is a flat $7.95 shipping fee for this option.

  3. Chino Hills Free Delivery. For residents of Chino Hills, CA we offer Free Delivery.

  4. Free Pickup. We offer free pickup for those that would like to pick up their order in Chino Hills, CA. Pickup is arranged via text message or phone call: 909-529-8032 or email: meow@superiorfeline.com.

Product Order Totals under $35

(excluding Trial Size Kits & Wear the Feline shop items)

At this time, we have charge a flat-rate $3.75 shipping fee for orders under $35 (not including tax) to help defray the cost of shipping. Mainly this has to due with the size and weight of the product - the heavier and/or larger a package is, the higher the shipping cost.

Free Shipping on Product Order Totals $35 and over

(excluding Wear the Feline Merch Shop items)

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders from our product shop totaling $35 or more (not including tax). Free Shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders. The Free Shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage and average delivery is 3-7 business days, shipping from CA.

Wear the Feline Merch Shop Items

All orders from this shop will be assessed a flat-rate $3.99 shipping fee during checkout. The fee applies to an entire order. For example, if you purchase a single item or if your order includes multiple items from the Wear the Feline shop, the shipping fee is $3.99.

Shipping & Delivery Policy Details

When you purchase our goods, either we or a third party will ship these goods to you. If a third party is used for shipping, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.

When you purchase our goods, the cost of shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

An email with the Tracking Number for your order will be sent upon shipment. If you encounter delivery issues, you must email us within 15 days of the date the order was submitted and we will look into the matter.
