Shipping Notifications & Options

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, as well as updates during the delivery process.

 

Shipping charges and options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

We currently offer flat rate shipping options for the USA.

Generally, orders received by 9am PT Monday-Friday are processed and dropped off at the Carrier the same day. Orders received after 9am PT Monday-Friday are processed and dropped off at the Carrier the next business day. Processing exceptions may occur.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Generally, orders received by 9am PT Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 9am PT Monday-Friday will be processed the next business day. Processing exceptions and delays may occur.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order or if your address is incorrect, please contact us right away at support@superiorfeline.com. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original purchase price if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, minus the shipping costs.

Shipping FAQs

We strive to keep shipping rates as low as possible to keep our products affordable for customers. To be honest, we don’t like to pay outrageous shipping fees when we shop, so we want to avoid passing fees on to our customers unless absolutely necessary.

How is the Free Shipping applied to my order?

The Free Shipping is automatically applied to your order! 

 

If your order total is $45 or more (before tax, and after any discounts are applied), the Free Shipping will be automatically applied during the checkout process.

 

The Free Shipping option is Standard Shipping with average delivery in 3-7 business days after shipment confirmation is sent. Please see "How long does it take to receive my order?" for more precise timeframes based on your location within the U.S.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days Monday-Friday and all orders ship from southern CA. After orders are processed, you can expect the following delivery timeframes via Standard Shipping

  • West Coast: approximately 2-4 business days 
  • Midwest: approximately 4-5 business days
  • East Coast: approximately 5-7 business days
  • Alaska: can take upwards of 1-2 weeks (usually 7-10 days)
  • Hawaii: usually delivers within a week (usually 4-6 days)

Please Note: delivery timeframes may be shorter or longer depending on the Carrier, the season and holidays. We have no control over and are not responsible for carrier delays. 

How will my order be packaged?

Our orders are mostly packaged in recyclable white or brown boxes with our Logo on the sides and secured with bright orange packaging tape with our iconic Cat Face logo on it - you can't miss it! 😻

 

To protect products inside the box, we use a combination of recyclable honeycomb packaging paper and PCR (post-consumer recycled) Bubble Wrap - especially for products in glass containers.

Please Note: delays such as holidays, weather or vehicle malfunctions can affect the delivery timeline and are aspects that are out of our control. Please refer to your Shipment email and check the Tracking Number Link for updates.  

Which Carriers do you use to ship orders?

We use USPS and UPS. We try to use UPS whenever possible - they seem to deliver packages with less damage issues. We choose the shipping carrier based on cost and delivery timeframe - we want you to receive your order as soon as possible! Most Trial Size product orders ship USPS because of the cost. 

 

Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground

Express Shipping: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Select 3-Day or 2-Day 

I need my order FAST! Can I choose a faster option?

Yes! We offer the option for customers to choose Express Shipping during the checkout process for a fee of $9.95. We utilize USPS Priority Mail or UPS Select 3-Day or 2-Day depending on price and speed.

 

Orders with this shipping method are usually delivered within 2-4 business days. We do not guarantee delivery in this timeframe because we do not have control over unexpected carrier delays. However, most orders are delivered on-time.

"Info Received" Status for 2+ Days

We do our best to process orders and drop them off at the Carrier(s) quickly - if you received a Shipping Notification email, your order is ready to go and will be at the Carrier the same day (or the very next day if you receive an email notification in the evening). 

 

If an order remains in the "Info Received" status, it means that there are delays on the Carrier's end of things. For unknown reasons, sometimes the Post Office doesn't get the packages out right away or misses scanning a package when loading the truck for the distribution center; or the UPS Store has issues with the trucks not coming to pick up packages. Sadly, there is no perfect shipping carrier. 😕

 

Please know, we check our shipment tracking software regularly and monitor these orders to make sure they eventually make it to their destination. If you are concerned, please feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to provide answers and information available to us. 

Products in my order arrived Damaged 😕

We are so sorry that happened! 😢 We are here to help and rectify the situation. Since we will need to submit a claim with the Carrier, we have instructions to help this process go smoothly and quickly:

Shipping and Delivery Policy Details

When you purchase our goods, either we or a third party will ship these goods to you. If a third party is used for shipping, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.

 

When you purchase our goods, the cost of shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

 

An email with the Tracking Number for your order will be sent upon shipment. If you encounter delivery issues, you must email us within 15 days of the date the order was submitted and we will look into the matter.
