Calm works best when administered on a daily basis. The active ingredients take time to be absorbed into the body and is not meant to be used as a "quick fix." 

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) – Known as the “anti-stress vitamin,” Thiamine supports nerve signaling, muscle control, memory, and cognition. It’s essential for cats and dogs but not produced naturally in their bodies.

L-Theanine – An amino acid that helps promote calmness and focus by balancing neurotransmitters like GABA, serotonin, and dopamine.

Our Calm formula helps support a balanced, healthy nervous system by supplying nutrients that the body needs to regulate stress naturally:

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) fuels the nervous system, supports brain function, and helps the body respond calmly to stress.

L-Theanine, a gentle amino acid found in green tea, promotes relaxation and focus by balancing neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and GABA.

Together, these nutrients encourage a calmer, more resilient response to everyday stress — without sedation or side effects.

How to Use

Title

1 serving = 1 level scoop (⅛ tsp)

Using the included measuring scoop, sprinkle the powder on top of or mix into food:

For Cats & Small Dogs under 40 lbs:

1 Scoop (1 serving) once per day

For Dogs over 40 lbs: 

2 Scoops (2 servings) once per day

After 15 days, if results are not as desired, increase servings to 2x per day.

When will I see results?

Every pet is unique, but most cat and dog parents notice improvement within 15 days of consistent daily use.

 

For best results, use Calm every day and give 2 servings about 2 hours before a known stressful event (like travel or fireworks).

Can I give Calm every day?

Yes! Calm is safe and effective for daily use. In fact, consistent daily use is needed for the product to be most effective.

 

Regular use supports long-term nervous system balance and helps prevent buildup of stress or anxiety over time.

Can Calm be used with other supplements?

Absolutely. Calm pairs beautifully with our Microbiome Booster Postbiotic (for gut–brain balance) or Omega-3 Oils (for inflammation and cognitive health).

 

Always consult your veterinarian if your pet is on prescription medications.

What kinds of situations can Calm help with?

Calm is perfect for pets who experience:

Travel or car anxiety

How should I store it?

How long will one pouch last?

Each pouch contains 30 servings — enough for about 1 month for one cat or small dog using 1 scoop per day.  

 

When used for larger dogs at 2 servings per day, one pouch will last about 2 weeks.

My cat loves this and it really works!

My cat is a really picky eater and when the food is topped with this, she eats it with no complaints! She is also normally very skittish and this calm powder has helped with her mood so much! She's not so nervous and is acting much friendlier towards the other cats in our home!

So far so good

I haven’t had this product long, but it really does seem to have an effect. I have a Siamese with behavior problems. He easily gets defensive towards anyone who’s not me and will lash out. I’m talking drawing blood type of deal. After giving him some of this he kinda just lays down and relaxes. Not like he’s tired, but more of a “I’m calm as a cucumber” I’ve been using this as a support to get him used to my husband and step child being able to go near him without any causalities. A bonus is he goes crazy for the taste! So far I think it’s working pretty well! Really only one of my cats needs it, but I like to give it to the young Siamese too so he doesn’t get a little too rough with the only calm cat I have! I love my cats dearly and I feel like if you love your cats and wish to bring them some peace of mind, this product seems to do a great job at it.

Product works!

I order Calm for my cat and to be honest, my expectations were low just because I've tried other products that claim calming effects but didn't work for my cat.
This product works!! My cat would body slam the door of the room where he stays when he wanted food/and/or attention and would meow randomly. After using Calm, immediately I noticed a difference in his behavior and he no longer body slams the door! He absolutely loves the taste and that says alot because he is a finicky eater! I'm a repeat customer and recently joined the Cool Cat Club which is free. I highly recommend this product. The customer service us great, as well because I had an issue with providing an incorrect address (I recently moved) and customer service reached out to me, and were helpful and friendly!

So good I sent some to my mom

I got this in hopes it would help smooth relations between my two cats; a playful young male and a senior female who just wanted to be left alone. Within about a week or so, altercations between the cats had become infrequent and brief, and both cats are more snuggly. I decided to send some to my mom, who has three cats who also get into noisy fights, and she's reported a reduction in the intensity of fights as well.
